Cold Air Can Help You Lower Weight



The rainy season and cold air are identical to the excess portions of the meal than usual, in order to maintain body temperature to stay warm and comfortable. However, did you know that cold air can help you who are on a diet program?  

 A recent finding reveals that cold air increases energy to keep body temperature warm. Well, this increase in energy is produced through regular fat burning as long as the air around you is still cold. However, make sure your food intake is maintained according to the diet menu rules. "Some of us are more active outside the home, so the body is used to warm or hot temperatures. 



The body in cold air burns more calories to maintain normal body temperature. This is why you are hungry faster when you are in a cold air environment, "said Wouter van Marken Lichtenbelt from Maastricht University Medical Center, the Netherlands. Next, Lichtenbelt says, the trick is not to be tempted by the hunger you feel.

Because, the human body has fat reserves. Well, in the cold air the body will feel hungry quickly, do not immediately eat excessively. Instead, give the body time to burn reserves of fat stored in the body first. Research reveals that the human body can survive in very cold air. 

The reason is, our body has a natural system in regulating the temperature according to the temperature in the surrounding environment. Well, through the Journal of Trends in Endocrinology & Metabolism, the researchers wrote their hopes so that these findings could be an alternative way of overcoming obesity, which has a higher number of sufferers.
